Welcome to Uddoyon ("Site", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, courses, model tests, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing, creating an account, making purchases, or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 11 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) to use the Site. By accessing or creating an account on Uddoyon, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation & Security
When you create an account via email or Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
3. User-Generated Content
Users may post comments, submit feedback, or upload content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Uddoyon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it on our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or Bangladeshi laws.
4. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions
Uddoyon offers premium courses, exam subscriptions, and digital resources. Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways (e.g., ShurjoPay, bKash, Nagad, Cards).
- All fees are displayed in BDT unless stated otherwise.
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing date.
- Refund Policy: Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a explicit promotional offer.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational content, question banks, model test materials, logos, software, and designs on Uddoyon are the exclusive property of Uddoyon or its licensors. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, distribution, or resale of our proprietary materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
While using Uddoyon, you agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity.
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious script executable files.
- Scrape data, crawl pages automatically, or overload our server infrastructure.
- Harass other users, post hate speech, or impersonate any individual.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its educational materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy, Uddoyon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uddoyon shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
